Christi L. Underwood is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Attorney who provides arbitration services in the areas of complex construction and commercial disputes. She holds a Certified General Contractors license in the State of Florida and was a partner in commercial construction contracting businesses for over ten years before graduating law school. She has been a panelist with the American Arbitration Association since 1989 and is a member of the National and International Rosters of the AAA. Ms. Underwood is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, and a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators. She is included in The Best Lawyers in America, 2005 through 2009 Editions, in the alternative dispute resolution section.
