Christi Underwood

Christi L. Underwood is an attorney who also provides arbitration and mediation services in the areas of complex construction and commercial disputes. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer and also licensed as a Class "A" certified general contractor in the State of Florida. She was a partner in commercial construction contracting businesses for over ten years before attending law school. Ms. Underwood was formerly a partner with the national firm of Foley & Lardner before starting her own practice in 2002. She has been a panelist with the American Arbitration Association since 1989 and currently is a member of the National and International Rosters of the AAA. In 2004, Ms. Underwood was invited to become a member of the AAA's Construction Arbitration Master Panel. Ms. Underwood was included in The Best Lawyers in America, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Editions, Alternative Dispute Resolution section.
